Memphis has a lot of historical attractions such as the National Civil Rights Museum, Slave Haven, and Hotel Lorraine, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, Graceland, and Beale Street. |

Memphis is primarily a driving city. There is a public bus system, the MATA, but it is unreliable. AmeriCorps members are highly encouraged to have a personal vehicle or carpool with teammates. |
