Information regarding PSLF verification
Please follow the instructions below if you need to verify your service and/or employment with City Year for Public Service Loan Forgiveness:
- Utilize the PSLF help tool to complete a PSLF form. Learn how to use the PSLF help tool.
- Search for City Year under employers using City Year’s EIN number (you can find this on your W-2 form).
- Once you have completed the form, you will have the option to sign/submit it digitally or manually.
- For digital submission: You will be asked how you want your employers to sign your PSLF form. Select “electronic signature,” and list Darcy Morgan (dmorgan@cityyear.org) from City Year’s Payroll Department as the employer’s email address.
Please note: When using the PSLF help tool, add City Year as an employer for each term of service or employment you had at City Year (e.g. each service year at City Year, any nonconsecutive time employed at City Year).
