City Year is proud to partner with Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education & Psychology, an innovative learning community where faculty, staff and students of diverse cultures and perspectives work collaboratively to foster academic excellence, social purpose, meaningful service and personal fulfillment, offering a $10,000 scholarship.

Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology offers City Year AmeriCorps members, alums and staff

$10,000 scholarship

The City Year Partnership Scholarship awards $10,000 to one eligible City Year applicant each year towards a qualifying graduate program and is renewable for up to one year. The scholarship does not apply to applicants who are applying for any 100% online psychology program.

Scholarships are generally awarded at the start of the academic year, and students must be enrolled full time (six units each term) to remain eligible.

The scholarship will be awarded to one City Year AmeriCorps member or alum who completed at least one term of service or a City Year staff member employed for at least two years.

This scholarship represents the minimum award; applicants will be considered for private scholarships based on donor criteria.
