Welcome, 2023-2024 Student Success Coaches!

We’re excited to see you in Seattle soon! Below you will find information on your upcoming Registration Day with City Year Seattle / King County. Registration Day happens the week before your first day of service and allows City Year staff and corps to meet for the first time, and is also a time to ensure you are set up for success as we start the new service year.

To be best prepared for the day, review the information below!

Registration Logistics

Date: Monday, October 9th  

Location: City Year Seattle / King County Office | 5601 6^th Ave S, Suite 292, Seattle, WA 98108 

Time: 10am – 11am | Stop by the office anytime between these hours to register. Expect to be on site for about 20 minutes. 

Documentation: All documents below must be presented at Registration Day.

• • • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residence (must be unexpired)
    • Government-Issued Photo ID (must be unexpired)
    • Social Security Card
    • COVID-19 vaccination card (optional)

What you can expect: 

On-site Onboarding

• • • AmeriCorps eligibility task
    • I-9 paperwork
    • Ensure all required compliance tasks are complete

City Year Operations

• • • Receive bus passes (ORCA cards) and sign bus contract
    • Receive City Year uniforms and nametag
    • Take City Year headshot

ACM Appreciation Form: Fill out the Corps Member Appreciation and Dietary Needs form!
