City Year New York's Women’s Board gathers women supporters of City Year from across industries and communities who serve as passionate education and national service advocates. Together, this group of women works to further City Year’s mission by raising awareness of the organization’s work as well as by raising critically-needed funds.

Catalina is Co-Head Illiguid Trading Group for Bank of America, responsible for $2.0bn book of illiquid credit covering the Latin America region including loans, distressed and high yield bonds, performing and non-performing corporate and consumer portfolios, receivables and claims. Manage a group of traders and credit analysts in originating, structuring and trading our product universe.
Keri Larkin is a partner in Bain & Company's New York office. She is an expert in Bain's Telecommunications, Technology and Media (TMT) practices with expertise in media. She is also a member of the firm's Customer Strategy & Marketing, Digital and Advanced Analytics practices. Keri has more than 15 years of management consulting experience. She has led Bain New York's Women's Program for several years and is a member of the firm's Global Women's Leadership Council.
Tammi is a partner in the Financial Services practice focused on finance, risk and public policy. She is co-head of the New York Office, Oliver Wyman’s largest office globally. Tammi also co-leads the compliance platform in the Americas and, for more than a decade, has advised global financial institutions across a number of finance and risk management topics including target operating model design, operational process design, regulatory compliance, culture and conduct, and risk appetite. Tammi is also Chair of the Oliver Wyman for Society program and council in New York, focused on generating more impact in the community across social impact activities including volunteering, philanthropy, social impact projects, community service consulting, and non-profit fellowships. She does an extensive amount of pro-bono strategic consulting work with leading non-profits in New York. Tammi is also on the National Board for Upwardly Global.
Vivian is a Corporate Vice President and Director of Project Management, IT - Relations Manager at New York Life. She leads and cultivates project managers to ensure their success in delivering value to the Insurance and Annuity lines of business.
Ms. Sumption joined Bain Capital in 2010. She is a Director based in Bain Capital’s New York office responsible for investor relations and business development. Previously, Ms. Sumption was a Senior Vice President at Halcyon Asset Management where she spent time in investor relations and marketing. Ms. Sumption also worked in the Private Credit Fund Group at Credit Suisse where she raised capital for third-party hedge funds and was a marketing writer at PIMCO Advisors. Ms. Sumption received an A.B. from Princeton University.
Esther Triggs-Camacho co-founded The Journey Theatre Project: an organization focused on utilizing theatre conventions to support communities engaging in courageous conversations. She is an advocate for racial and neurodiverse inclusion in classrooms and is actively supporting others in doing the work to dismantle white supremacy.
