We can answer any questions you may have about City Year and the application process. For those that have already drafted short answers and have a working resume, this will be an opportunity to receive live feedback from recruiters in small breakout rooms during the 2nd half of the session. If you have not yet started, please join us anyways! We’d love to share our insight and hope to see you there! City Year is a nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service, giving them the skills and opportunities to tackle some of today’s most complex challenges. In communities across the United States, these diverse young leaders support systemically under-resourced schools and help to get students back on track to graduation by working to improve their attendance, behavior and course performance.
