Salary Grade: Business Grade 06/ BG-06

Position Summary: The Program Manager, Integrated & Expanded Learning is responsible for implementing, managing, and ensuring the successful and timely completion of comprehensive project plans to ensure the development and execution of expanded learning systems, partnerships, and activities across the academic year, intersessions, and summer months. This position will be responsible for gathering information, updating information in project management systems, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, and giving regular status updates to proactively identify and resolve challenges. The Program Manager will collaborate with internal district teams and The Opportunity Project to plan, design, communicate, and implement necessary guiding tools and resources and professional learning opportunities to successfully support expanded learning educators in meeting learners’ social, emotional, and academic needs in expanded learning programs and spaces. Additionally, this position will assist with data tracking and usage to increase awareness of, increase access to, and improve quality of expanded learning programs and activities across Tulsa Public Schools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, non-profit or project management or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
● Advanced degree preferred
Experience:
● Two (2) years of experience with managing projects or initiatives in community- based, youth-serving settings, especially those in partnership with local schools
● Experience leading multi-partner community-based planning and implementation projects essential
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
● Working knowledge of positive youth development, expanded learning, and continuous quality improvement exhibited in expanded learning programming and school / community partnerships
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
● Bilingual in Spanish preferred
● Understanding of user-centered design
● Understanding of risk management and change management
