Together we can create change

You're here because you see something—the need to provide support and resources for our local schools so that all students feel a sense of belonging. Learn how you can help City Year create environments where students thrive.

We’re hiring student success coaches

City Year AmeriCorps members serve as student success coaches, supporting the development, growth and success of students in systemically under-resourced schools, while cultivating skills to be leaders in their communities and careers.

In 29 cities across the U.S., our corps members play a critical role in helping students reconnect with their school community, re-engage in their learning and recover from interrupted learning as a result of COVID-19. Applications are now open for the 2022-2023 school year.
