NVIDIA Lowell Chronicle
On Friday, October 17, volunteers from NVIDIA arrived bright and early to admire their work from the previous year and selected into their projects for the day. This service day was just one of many that make up Project Inspire. Project Inspire started back in 2001 when NVIDIA decided to take all of their funds that usually go towards an annual Christmas party and use it to impact their local communities. This project has continued to expand throughout the years and is a great way for employees to impact their communities’ right alongside their families.

After several cross-country trips to the likes of West Virginia, Chicago, and San Jose, the Care Force team and I were surprised to learn we would be leading our next event so close to our home.
Care Force Chronicle - San José
After a six hour flight stretching over two thousand miles, many of us on Team Care Force stepped foot in California for the very first time. Due to the magnitude of this event, culminating Synopsys’ Global Volunteer Week, our team had the opportunity to engage with other City Year AmeriCorps members as well as staff from sites such as San José-Silicon Valley, Washington D.C., Boston, and Headquarters.
Care Force Chronicle - Chicago
In Chicago, we were tasked with leading 125 volunteers, who would plant 150 trees at the Burnham Wild life Corridor.
