Join us on Friday, May 9, 2025, for the City Year Providence Red Jacket Gala! 

The City Year Providence Red Jacket Gala is an annual celebration that brings together City Year champions, alumni, educators, community leaders, and corporate partners—anyone inspired by our mission and impact—for an evening of connection and inspiration. 

Together, we will celebrate the students and schools we serve, as well as the dedicated City Year AmeriCorps Members who commit a year of service as Student Success Coaches, working alongside teachers in systemically under-resourced schools to support student achievement.

City Year Providence Red Jacket Gala Honorees 

We will pay tribute to an outstanding alumni and community leader(s) who are dedicated to expanding opportunities for all. This year, we are proud to present the inaugural Young Hero Award to a student or group of young people who embody City Year’s values, demonstrating exceptional service, leadership, and commitment to their community.
