For an annual investment, companies can sponsor a specific component of our Whole School, Whole Child model. For an entire school year, Program Sponsors will partner with a City Year New York team and school, supporting their work with students. This investment will support the training of corps members, materials used in schools, programmatic events and more.

Deloitte helps City Year to innovate and maximize its impact in schools across the country. Through local “Program Innovation Sponsorships”, Deloitte is investing in City Year’s most innovative programming and helping to maximize our impact in schools.  

Starbucks: AmeriCorps Training and Leadership Sponsor
Starbucks' commitment to providing young people, ages 15 to 24 years old, with pathways to opportunity by investing in programs that equip young people with the skills required for the changing global economy, is realized through the AmeriCorps Training and Leadership Program. Through this support, AmeriCorps members are prepared for their year of service in our partner schools, as well as for their Leadership after City Year by providing professional and life skills training, as well as on-the-job experience. The program fosters leadership, teamwork, resilience, decision-making, and civic responsibility in youth, among other competencies.

T-Mobile: Math Program Sponsor
T-Mobile supports the math tutoring and after school work at PS 345 in East New York Brooklyn. City Year AmeriCorps members work in schools year round to increase student performance in math and increase their chances of staying on track to graduation. By mirroring the teaching in the classroom, working on fundamental math skills, and making math fun and accessible, AmeriCorps members empower our students to be the best student possible.
