By Vilma Silva, Project Manager, City Year New Hampshire

A City Year is not exclusively about working with underserved youth populations across the USA. It also includes 11 months of professional and personal development for our members to support their growth in various capacities and pass them on to the world with more resources to be great citizens. Throughout the year we have been tracking their LACY (Leadership After City Year) plans to see where they are heading after their service year. Take a look at how our talent will be spending their next year spreading all they have learned with others on both a national and international level.
