City Year is a nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a full-time service experience, giving them the skills and opportunities to tackle some of today’s most complex challenges. In communities across the United States, these diverse young leaders support systemically under-resourced schools and help to get students back on track to graduation by working to improve their attendance, behavior and course performance.
