The late Mary Church Terrell coined the term “Lift as we climb.” Although it has taken on different interpretations, the goal is to bring others along with you as you make professional strides. We want to invite you to this interactive panel where you will hear from Black leadership at City Year on how they got to where they are, who lifted them up and how they will be here to lift you up as you maneuver through the tedious ladder of corporate America.
