Red Jacket Ball

Celebrate with us and support those who champion the work we do each year. Important update on the event below:

Red Jacket Ball has been rescheduled for October 8, 2020. Please see more information below for more updates.

Out of an abundance of caution, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone City Year Little Rock’s Red Jacket Ball due to the most recent developments with the COVID-19 virus.

Originally scheduled for April 9, 2020, Red Jacket Ball will be rescheduled for a date-to-be-announced in the Fall. We want to honor the suggestion of Mayor Scott and Governor Hutchinson to minimize large social gatherings at this time to avoid contributing to any potential spread of the virus.

As a sponsor or attendee of our gala, you have a few options:

Give: You may consider your ticket purchase or sponsorship a gift that will assist us in recouping the cost of the event. Please consider increasing your gift to support our AmeriCorps members who are dedicated to accelerating students’ academic and social emotional growth, ensuring they have the opportunity to build on their strengths and thrive.

Keep: Hold onto your ticket/sponsorship and use it to attend the postponed event, date TBD. (Physical tickets are not distributed, but we would maintain record of your ticket purchase.) All sponsorships will be transferable when a new date is selected.

Refund: If you would like to receive a full refund for your ticket purchase or sponsorship, please contact Rebecca Moll ( with the subject line: Red Jacket ball Refund Request. We regret any inconvenience this causes and truly appreciate your understanding during this time. If you have further questions or concerns, please direct them to me or our Director of Development, Rebecca Moll (

Yours in service,

Sarah Roberson
