CITY YEAR IS HIRING
Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation and City Year are excited to launch a first‐of‐its‐kind pilot program designed specifically to support students and build the next generation of education professionals in Phoenix.
Created for young adults between 18–25, this paid, part‐time opportunity is an ideal fit for Phoenix-based MLFC students looking to gain real‐world experience, earn income, and make a meaningful impact while continuing their degree.

ASU STUDENT SUCCESS COACHES WILL:
- Earn $20/hour while working 28 hours per week
- Support elementary or high school students as a tutor, mentor, and coach
- Gain hands‑on, career‑building experience that complements education, social science, and leadership pathways
- Work in schools while maintaining flexibility for your online coursework
