The city of  attractions and commerce

Dallas, known locally as the ”The Big D,” is one special city. Sure, we love to run or bike the Katy Trail, enjoy all the shops and restaurants in Uptown, and even partake in the more popular attractions in Dallas like the cheering on the Cowboys and Mavericks. Things can get exciting when the Texas-OU Red River Rivalry rolls into town and takes over the State Fair of Texas, which happens to be the largest in the nation.

But tourist attractions aside, there’s a lot more to living here. Dallas is also a leading business city. Dallas offers families and singles the big city experiences for the cost of a much smaller market. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has one of the largest concentrations of corporate headquarters for publicly traded companies in the United States with over 12 Fortune 500 companies, and 20 in the local region as a whole.
