Join us for Learning from Women Leaders, an exclusive virtual event hosted by City Year Cleveland! We’ll bring participants together via interactive virtual platform, Lunchpool, to hear from a panel of Cleveland’s groundbreaking women leaders on navigating career, life and leadership.
Hear from Shelly Cayette Weston of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the first Black woman to serve as the chief commercial officer of an NBA team, Roberta Duarte ‘12, a City Year Cleveland alumna who was recently featured in Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40, and Renee Harvey of the Cleveland Browns, who brings 20 years’ experience overseeing the Browns’ philanthropic and community efforts.
Before and after the program, participants will have the opportunity to connect for small-group networking and mentorship, including conversations with some of our City Year AmeriCorps members.
This is not your typical virtual event – you’ll be “seated” at tables with other attendees and can move around the interactive space to visit other tables, hang out in the lounge area, or even explore the “grounds” and learn more about City Year. We hope to see you there!
