Chris joined City Year as a corps member in 2003 and returned as a senior corps member the following year. Joining staff in 2005 as a Program Manager, Chris led two teams providing whole school support in two Dorchester elementary schools. As Corps Director, he oversaw all training and support for corps members serving in Boston. Now, as Managing Director of Human Potential and Site Operations, Chris is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the site and recruiting, developing and retaining a diverse, high-functioning staff and thriving work environment. In this role, he ensures that City Year Boston is continuously building capacity, maximizing impact, functioning smoothly and operating with excellence. Chris is also a graduate of the 2012 LEAD City Year Executive Class.

Prior to joining City Year, Chris graduated from University of New Hampshire with a double major in psychology and philosophy.
