Happy Read Across America Day! At City Year, every day is a reason to get our students excited about reading and help build those fundamental literacy skills. We understand that reading is the foundation to succeeding in core subjects and also a great way for our young scholars to exercise their imaginations! Finding the perfect book to capture our students’ attention can be a challenge, so we reached out to our bookworms and asked them to share their current favorites. Here are some of our top picks:
