City Year Seattle/King County Opening Day 2011!

Watch Seattle's civic and education leaders as they inspire 55 young idealists to dedicate a year to help students stay in school and on track towards high school graduation. Featured speakers will include:
- Dr. Susan Enfield, Seattle Public Schools Superintendent
- Tim Burgess, Seattle City Councilmember
- Steve Kipp, Vice President of Communications for Comcast
- Simon Amiel, City Year Seattle/King County Executive Director
The ceremony will take place Friday, October 7th, from 9 - 10 am, at Town Hall Seattle in the downstairs venue. Town Hall is located at 1119 8th Ave. Click here for parking and directions.
