The Team Sponsor Program provides a powerful opportunity for companies to build a stronger community and have a positive impact in Seattle and King County.
“T-Mobile USA is committed to giving back in meaningful ways to the communities where we live and work—together, we can get involved and make a difference. We are proud of our connection with City Year Seattle/King County and putting the T-Mobile Team Sponsor logo on the uniform is one powerful way to show our support for the young people serving in our communities. Of course, the best way to support them is to serve alongside of them, and Team Sponsorship gives us a chance to do that as well.”

The Team Sponsor Program, City Year's signature private sector civic engagement partnership, offers corporate partners a unique opportunity to support and engage teams of City Year corps members to help turn around high-need schools and get students back on track to graduation. Team Sponsors partner with a diverse and passionate team of 8-12 young leaders, resulting in a direct community impact of 17,000 hours of service a year.
“Our goal was never just to get a check. From the beginning, we asked sponsors to get involved, come out and do service, and begin seeing service as a vehicle to bring people together.” - Michael Brown, City Year CEO and Co-Founder
