City Year San Antonio - Opening Day

Program: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 

Where: San Antonio City Council Chambers (114 W. Commerce, 78205)

In the company of family, friends, and community supporters, City Year San Antonio will introduce 81 young diverse leaders who will pledge to make a difference by serving 10 months in the San Antonio community as tutors, mentors, and role models working to fight the drop-out crisis affecting our nation.  

The 81 City Year San Antonio corps members are amoung over 2,000 City Year corp members who are pledging to serve the community and country in 21 locations across the U.S. They are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students and the communities in which they serve.
