City Year San Antonio partners with the San Antonio Independent School District, Northeast Independent School District, the KIPP Charter Schools, and the Somerset Independent School District, to provide essential programs that contribute to positive, healthy youth development and improve the academic achievement of low-income, high need students who are at risk of failure. City Year corps members tutor, mentor and direct after-school programs for students grades 6 – 9.

We just simply cannot thank you enough for what you all did for DCYC. It is nothing short of amazing! I was in awe after you all left yesterday at the MANY projects that were done-in a SINGLE DAY!! You all are incredible. The mural is GREAT-we walk out of the center and we are greeted with a happy scene in wonderful bold, pop out colors-it really puts a smile on your face.
