The Application Process
To complete an application, follow the steps below.
Step 1- To apply to City Year you need to complete the online application or request a paper application from our Recruitment Manager and mail it to our office. If you cannot access the application, please contact us at 210-247-4423 to request that an application be mailed to you.
Application Deadlines
Early...............November 30
Winter..............February 15
Spring..............April 15
Summer..............May 31
Step 2- Using the forms provided with the application, you will need to submit two letters of recommendation from two people who know your professional and academic record.
Step 3- The completed references should be mailed to the address below. If you did not complete your application online, please also remember to mail your application and essays.

Step 4- After your application, essays and references are received, you may be contacted by City Year for an interview. If you cannot come to San Antonio for your interview, we will conduct a phone interview with you.
