City Year Greater Philadelphia’s Graduation ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of the corps members who have given a year of their lives to make a difference in Philadelphia’s schools and neighborhoods. Each graduating corps member serves at least 1,700 hours during their time with City Year, totaling over 350,000 hours of service this year.
Family, friends, and supporters join City Year in acknowledging the hard work and dedication of these young leaders. As corps members prepare for new and exciting chapters in their lives, Graduation marks the beginning of a lifetime of service and leadership.
