City Year New York was established in 2003 as a way to harness the rise of social concern and volunteerism in the wake of 9/11.
Since its inception, City Year New York has worked to create and implement innovative solutions for the most pressing issues facing New York City’s school children.
On October 2, 2009, City Year New York will officially launched our seventh corps on Opening Day.
