Team Sponsor Highlights:
City Year New Hampshire is proud of all the partnerships formed with Team Sponsors. Below are examples of some of the positive outcomes.
- Servapalooza – For the past eight years City Year has partnered with the staff and employees at Timberland’s world headquarters in Stratham to lead and implement projects all over New Hampshire. Servapalooza is a Timberland global service day that impacts local, nation and international communities through a powerful day of physical service.
- Hampton Academy Auction – This year City Year partnered with the Hampton Community Coalition to put on the third annual auction to benefit our team serving at Hampton Academy. The auction was held at Hampton Academy and exceeded our fundraising goal, while providing corps members with an opportunity to connect with the parents of the students they serve.
- Special Olympics – One element of the Team Sponsor Program is that the team of corps members looks to build capacity for the other work that the company is supporting. Corps members from the Citizens Bank Team participated annually at Special Olympics events in New Hampshire. This provided great support to volunteer events that were central to Citizens Bank and provided a time when corps members and employees could work together and get to know one another.
