Monica Eav is an immigration attorney at the Law Office of Robert D. Ahlgren and Associates, helping individuals and families immigrate to the United States.  Previously she served as a U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program law clerk at the Immigration Court in Chicago. Ms. Eav graduated in 2005 from Harvard Law School, where she was involved with the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, the Law Student Advocates for Human Rights - Europe Initiative, and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Ms. Eav is a proud alumna of City Year Greater Philadelphia, where she and her team led service learning projects and developed curricula for West Philadelphia middle and high school students.
