David L. Cohen is currently executive vice president of Comcast Corporation. Before assuming this position in 2002, Cohen served as a partner in and Chairman of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, one of the 100 largest law firms in the country. An active member of the Philadelphia community, Mr. Cohen serves on numerous Boards and Committees of various organizations, including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the University of Pennsylvania, the United Way, the Regional Performing Arts Center, and Philadelphia Hospitality, Inc.
