Susan Nokes serves as Chief Customer and Operations Officer for T-Mobile USA. She began with the company as the Senior Vice President of Customer Service in April 2002. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Ms. Nokes served as Vice President for Wal-Mart.com; her broad customer service management experience also includes posts at local, national and international levels at Ameritech. In addition, she has been a participant in Fortune’s “Most Powerful Women in Business” programs annually since 2002. Ms. Nokes is involved in outreach to underprivileged families and youth through Detroit’s Focus Hope and in Chicago’s Cabrini Green neighborhood.
