On May 16th, City Year Columbia hosted another succeessful annual gala

Ripples of Hope 2011 School House ROCK!

Guests explored a day in the life of a City Year corps member… discovered how we help navigate students on the path toward academic success… and celebrated the impact our corps members have on the lives of the students in the schools we serve…

The night was full of special guests and memorable tributes to 5 individuals who are working to improve the lives of students and families across the state of South Carolina. Secretary Richard Riley, South Carolina's "Education Governor," closed the evening
