City Year for Kids...
- A safe and fun alternative for Boston Public School 1st through 5th graders
during their spring school vacation
- An opportunity for your child to meet kids from other Boston Public Schools
- 4 available sites throughout Boston (see below)
- $30 tuition fee for one child and $5 for each additional child
- Programming includes a weekly theme, crafts, games, and service projects
A TYPICAL DAY AT CITY YEAR FOR KIDS
A team of sixteen students join together to participate in a week of fun and engaging activities that are centered around the themes of service and community knowledge.

8:00 a.m. Participants Arrive
8:30 a.m. Morning Program—Physical Training
9:00 a.m. 1st Rotation—Arts and Crafts
9:30 a.m. Snack
10:00 a.m. 2nd Rotation—Recreation
11:00 a.m. 3rd Rotation—Hands On Learning
12:00 noon Lunch
12:45 p.m. 4th Rotation—Service
1:45 p.m. Interactive Assembly
3:00 p.m. Debrief and Reflection
3:30 p.m. Dismissal
