City Year Boston organizes two vacation programs during Boston public school vacations each year. The first City Year for Kids (CYFK) program was held in February. The next one will be held from April 20-23. Our goal is to create a safe and fun place for Boston first to fifth-grade students to attend during their school vacation weeks. A typical day includes educational and recreational activities including arts & crafts, teambuilding games, and a variety of other projects. Dates: April 20 -23, 2010
Tuesday - Friday
Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Must pick up child before the camp closes at 5pm.)
Cost: $25 per child from 8:00am to 2:00pm ($5 dollars for each additional child when registering on the same application)
$35 per child from 8:00am to 5:00pm ($5 dollars for each additional child when registering on the same application)
CYFK Locations: City Year for Kids will take place in four locations across Boston:
- Dorchester – Epiphany School
Dorchester – Joseph Lee School
South Boston – Condon Elementary School
West Roxbury – Ohrenberger School
