· Track and
record all gifts and pledges in Raiser's Edge for all 23 sites and
headquarters, including all mailed, online, and credit card
donations as well as written commitments.
· Create and
send all acknowledgement letters for received donations and written
pledges
· Ensure that
all gift processing policies and procedures are followed for
collected donations, pledges, and over all reporting in accordance
with legal and organizational gift management policies.
· Work closely
with finance team to ensure accurate and timely revenue
reconciliation between Raiser's Edge and City Year's finance
database
· Coordinate
posting to the General Ledger from Raiser's Edge to Finance
database for streamlined reconciliation
· Work with site
and headquarters development staff on any donation coding changes
and/or discrepancies
· Produce the
mailing of annual tax receipts and monthly pledge reminders to site
and headquarters donors
· Produce other
reports as needed, or as directed by the VP and Controller, Chief
Financial Officer or Chief Development Officer
· Assist the
finance and development departments on projects as needed
